		The Strap Chopper The Strap Chopper cuts bandsaw blades, steel strap, and seals up to 2" wide into 3-4" lengths that can be sold to metal recyclers and scrap steel businesses or simply make it is easier for you to dispose the scrap banding. It sits on a standard 55-gallon drum that accumulates the pieces. With our strap chopper, you can clean up scrap easily and profit from the waste! The machine weighs 300 lbs. costs $2400.00, and ships (F.O.B. our plant) in a week or less. It runs as a manual feed on 110 volts with a 1 hp motor. You can rotate the knives to use each of the 4 edges before they need to be sharpened.
